Late C19th painted and upholstered Swedish stool.

This stool/bench is quite understated in form yet as a pretty scalloped border with turned baluster legs and a stretcher running around the base.

It has been repainted in a white/pale grey colour and upholstered in a taupe linen with a buttoned seat.

It would work well for a end of bed.
