Mid 19th century watercolour in landscape of the facade of a Swedish royal palace in Stockholm, as the artist was renowned court architect.

This impressive and detailed facade is painted in muted gentle tones of beige and grey and has been simply framed over time. Signed and dated by artist 

Per Axel Nystrom (1793-1868)

Stydied at Academy of fine arts, as well in Italy & Paris.

Was professor of Architecture and in 1844 was secretary of academy of fine arts.
